No. This service covers the chauffeur transport specified in your quotation. Event tickets, hospitality packages and restaurant bookings are separate unless expressly included.
Will the chauffeur wait during the show?
A return transfer does not automatically include continuous vehicle availability. Request standby or hourly hire when enquiring so the duration and price can be confirmed. Normal hourly hire has a five-hour minimum.
Where will we meet after the performance?
The meeting point is agreed against the venue arrangements and legal vehicle access for your date. Keep the lead passenger contact available and follow dispatch instructions. Do not assume a car can wait directly outside the arena doors.
Can a later finish be accommodated?
Tell dispatch as soon as the return time changes. Any revised collection or extension depends on availability, the agreed booking period and additional charges confirmed with you.
