A confirmation is sent directly to your email address, consisting of your proof of payment and your receipt. We then make the appropriate arrangements according to the information you provided when making your booking without further action from you. Your driver’s details will be sent via email 24 hours before the day of your service.
The email sent 24 hours before your service will include all of the details about your driver and journey. If your driver doesn’t turn up for any reason, it is important that you call the number stated in the driver detail email. Please note, no refunds can be considered if incorrect information was provided at time of booking.
The journey times stated on our website are estimated and are applicable for a journey on a typical day. It is possible that these times may vary depending on the time of day, any roadworks, local road closures or diversions, volumes of traffic, local festivities etc may affect this. Rest assured, our drivers are well versed in travel and will endeavour to remain efficient at all times.
Luggage capacity varies depending on the vehicle option chosen and this detail can be found on your vehicle page. Please note that your hand luggage will be transported in the vehicle with you, and so it should be an appropriate size for this. If you are travelling with excess luggage, such as large suitcases, golf clubs, wheelchairs, skis, pushchairs, etc., it is important that you make us aware at the time of booking, as extra charges may apply. Failure to tell us may result in extra transport being required to accommodate the excess baggage, which will incur additional local charges.
If you would like to change any detail of your booking, such as pick up or drop off location, date or number of passengers, you can send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org including your booking number, your name and phone number. To cancel your booking, you may go to the booking detail page by searching your booking number on our home page, then click “cancel my order”. Please note that you will not get any refund if you cancel your booking within 12 hours of your service.
Subject to our cancellations policy, bookings will be refunded automatically with 7-14 days of the date of cancellation.
